Project Lead & Infrastructure Engineer — Critical National Infrastructure

Hybrid engineering and project leadership role delivering CNI infrastructure at MOD Corsham on behalf of Vodafone and National Grid PLC. Combined hands-on Layer 1 installation with project coordination, engineer allocation, stakeholder management, issue resolution and project sign-off in a controlled mission-critical environment.

Data Centre Operations Manager

Managed a 24/7 global Data Centre Operations team supporting a multi-continent critical estate and predominantly blue-chip/S&P 500 client base. Led day-to-day operations, incident/problem/change, operational risk, maintenance coordination, audits, disaster recovery and stakeholder engagement.
